A storyteller and cultural strategist, Claudia is focused on empowering emerging narratives around food, related to tradition, sustainability and limitless creativity.


Now a professor at UNISG, The University of Gastronomic Sciences in Pollenzo, she keeps a close relationship working with The World's 50 Best Restaurants brand and some of the most outstanding restaurants in the world. Semi-nomadic, she divides her time between Spain, Italy, Indonesia and Peru, always chasing new talent and a deeper understanding of food and culture.
