Solana’s impact is global—and sometimes, it shows up in the heart of Kazakhstan.

For this special edition of the Solana Economic Zone, we were invited to create an experience that reflected the ambition of a new economic era: thoughtful, future-facing, and rooted in meaningful connection.

The goal wasn’t just to host another conference—it was to set the stage (literally) for real conversations between builders, investors, and government leaders. From sharp keynotes to interactive showcases and a laid-back cultural gathering, the day unfolded with clarity, rhythm, and a few unexpected moments.

Our team handled creative direction and full production—from the first floorplan to the final spotlight.

THE BRIEF

Solana invited us to design and produce a high-level event in Astana to spotlight its growing presence in the region. The mission: bring together policy makers, business leaders, and builders to explore how blockchain and emerging tech can power a new economic future.

Talks, showcases, live demos, and a cultural gathering—all in one afternoon.

THE CHALLENGE

One day, one venue, many moving parts.

We needed to create an experience that felt formal and forward-thinking, with enough flexibility to move from conference to cultural moment without skipping a beat.

Astana gave us a unique canvas—but also meant adapting to a space with layered tech needs, high-security protocol, and multiple languages in play.

Oh, and we only had a few hours to flip the mood from business to cocktail.

THE EXPERIENCE

We designed a clean, future-forward space that flowed naturally from one zone to the next—main stage, showcases, networking, and a closing gathering full of energy and intention.

Visual identity leaned minimalist with local touches, balancing Solana’s cutting-edge aesthetic with cultural context.

We brought in LED screens, 8 showcase stations, live translation, full AV setup, and even an interview studio. A DJ set closed the evening, surrounded by soft lights, warm cocktails, and the kind of conversations that start new ideas.
