Tbilisi hit different.

For Forma’s final pop-up of the year, we headed to Georgia to bring together global founders, developers, creators, and a few special guests—like government ministers. The format: one part coworking residency, one part cultural exploration, and a three-hour Solana Superteam session that bridged local policy with global tech.

With Stamba as our HQ and the city as our playground, we built a flexible, multi-venue experience that moved smoothly between work, play, and everything in between. Days flowed from rooftop brainstorms to jazz nights, side parties, and shared meals. A soft landing into a real community.

THE BRIEF

Create a full-circle Forma experience to close the year—bringing the Solana and crypto-curious community together in Tbilisi for nine days of collaboration, connection, and creativity.

At the heart of the event: the Solana Superteam launch, a high-level moment with public officials, founders, and a major announcement from Georgia’s Minister of Innovation—promising to match Solana’s investment in the country.

THE CHALLENGE

Keep the vibe, hold the structure.

We had to combine formal moments (think political presence, livestreams, and panels) with the informal ease that makes Forma feel like Forma. The setup spanned multiple venues, shifting energy levels, and a tight schedule that needed to stay flexible—but intentional.

From full-day coworking to late-night DJ sets, everything had to flow.

THE EXPERIENCE

We took over Stamba—transforming its rooftop into a coworking-meets-lounge zone where guests could plug in or zone out. Each day offered space to work, connect, and recharge, while the city lit up after hours with curated side events.

From an opening at Lolita to a closing party at SAMA, we created moments that felt local, warm, and just the right amount of unexpected.

The Solana Superteam session became the centerpiece: a tight, high-impact gathering with founders, builders, and government reps that turned ideas into action—and tweets into headlines.
